We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to work out of the Princeton, NJ area.

The main responsibilities for this person include:

    • Business Process Analysis and modelling
    • Develop User Requirement and design specification
    • Planning, heading up and reporting on work shops
    • Prepare Risk Assessment and Business Impact Assessment
    • Writing Clinet SOPs
    • Preparing and executing training – class room, online, video
    • Preparing validation and testing of IT systems
    • Managing smaller projects and complex tasks
    • Identify and follow-up on tasks, actions, risk, issues
    • Ensure that compliance requirements and quality procedures are met

The main skills of person include:

    • Proven experience as Business Analyst for IT projects (+5 years) with regards to the responsibilities mentioned above
    • Worked at a Pharma, Biotech, CMO or CRO
    • Strong knowledge of GxP compliance and associated controls within the software development lifecycle
    • Prior experience working within a GCP or GLP. Knowledge of clinical data management or lab informatics is a plus.
