Minimum qualifications:

  • Experience in Value Engineering, Strategy Consulting, or Account Sales in cloud computing or technology.
  • Experience managing business executive stakeholders.
  • Experience delivering and implementing board-level digital transformation strategies.
  • Ability to travel as required.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with various tech investment models.
  • Knowledge of cloud sales and services.
  • Knowledge of value selling methodology and processes, opportunities, value chain, and value realization across cloud technology.
  • Ability to influence CFO and VP-level finance leadership. Ability to influence and deliver business value with minimal resources and direction.
  • Ability to build financial modeling and quantitative/qualitative analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and formal presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.

About the job
As a Cloud Value Advisor you will deliver Board Level justification and execution strategies. Working with the global Sales team, you will demonstrate broad knowledge of digital transformation and Google Solutions as well as an ability to lead cross-functional product and industry teams.

You will engage directly with our largest customers to create compelling business cases, incorporating effective storytelling and strategy analysis skills that further engage CEOs and Boards with Google. You will develop methodologies to grow the business and technical value as well as innovation opportunities with Google. You will also set priorities with Sales leadership and review deliverables for strategy, content, and delivery quality in your region.

GCP delivers value at multiple levels: true global cloud infrastructure, operational automation, Google scale intelligence solutions, platforms for innovation(ML/AI), and innovation partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a cross-functional leader to craft executive-ready business strategies for Google Cloud partners and clients.
  • Write and publish white papers to articulate Google Cloud Platform value.
  • Manage relationships with regional sales leadership to set priorities on agreement coverage and build effective enterprise sales best practices.
  • Develop business value creation and implementation strategies to support client priorities.
  • Lead design thinking/digital transformation workshops with senior client leadership.
