Join us in Bang & Olufsen’s exciting transformation journey as a trusted HR advisor. The position is a 1-year maternity cover with possibility for a permanent position.

Your mission
As our new HR business partner for the commercial area, you will support our overall business agenda through ensuring efficient handling of HR processes, including advising and coaching leaders. Moreover, you will support and coordinate yearly HR cycle activities as well as implement development projects and other HR initiatives.

Your tasks will be to:

  • Guide and support first-line leaders in yearly HR cycle processes, e.g. people reviews, engagement surveys and salary regulations
  • Provide daily support in onboarding and employee relations tasks, including recruitment activities (support creation of job profiles, do interviews and give feedback on tests), team activities (e.g. facilitate a team session), ad hoc processes, problem-solving, coaching and advising
  • Support the People Plan in the commercial area by participating in projects about organisational development and capability building
  • Support selected overall HR strategic projects – e.g organisational development activities and implementation of SuccessFactors, where your tasks will be focused around communication, coaching/support, coordination, data analysis, materials, etc.

Your network
Anchored in HR, you work closely with the HR Director for the commercial area and have daily interactions with the HR Operations team in Struer. You work with leaders and employees in the area which consists of all functions within Sales, Marketing, Digital, Design and Product Management. The global functions are working out of Lyngby and partly Struer, and you will also work with the European region.

You will join a highly ambitious, dynamic and international working environment with great passion for what we do in all functions.

What you bring
You have some years of all-round experience in HR and/or from an (executive) trainee position. As a person, you are a strong relationship builder and excellent communicator with high integrity and people values. Moreover, you bring:

  • Experience with recruitment and employee relations and/or other parts of the classic HR toolbox and processes, e.g. performance management, engagement, C&B, HR analytics, team and competence building and coaching/advising leadership, etc.
  • A relevant master’s degree in business, likely with a focus on HR
  • A good overall business understanding and enjoy the pace in a commercial organisation
  • Solid analytical and coordination skills, including an eye for details
  • Fluency in English in speech and writing
