Your Role and Responsibilities
As an IBM Client Technical Sales Storage you will join a great storage team in the leading cognitive and AI company IBM. In this technical sales position you will actively engage with local and international enterprises. You will work closely together with our Storage Sales team and also with our business partners. In your role as technical sales representative you will take responsibility to define and sell the IBM storage concepts and solutions which best fit the customer requirements – including not only storage solutions for traditional workloads but also for new environments such as 'Multi Hybrid Cloud', Container based architectures, or AI and High Performance Computing environments.

The ideal candidate has a storage technical and sales background, strong understanding of the major storage architectures and is prepared to learn fast new storage technology trends and concepts.

The role gives you the chance to build relationships with senior client executives while earning a reputation as a trusted advisor. A demonstrated level of business acumen as it applies to the client's business is a critical requirement.

· Eager to develop winning storage solutions in a very competitive environment
· Able to learn fast new concepts and translate them into convincing customer solutions
· Effective in teaming with IBM and Business Partner sales and technical sales resources to provide complete solutions to customer business requirements
· Fluent in English

· Storage, Server and broad infrastructure knowledge
