In this role you have a strong impact in translating marketing strategy & plans into a business plan, by considering the local market requirements. You are the linking pin between customers, business groups and markets.

What you’ll do

  • You’ll define and implement product launches in line with market requirements.
  • You’ll manage portfolios adapting the strategic objectives, the customer's requirement, and external factors during his life cycle.
  • You’ll drive effective use of marketing mix (price, placement, product, and promotion) for priorities and you apply data (price, margin, cost) within the cost roadmap and on the market.
  • You’ll analyse and provide the corrective actions in cooperation with the relevant team, leveraging respective areas of expertise.

What you’ll need

  • You’ve a university degree, ideally in a Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • You’ve 5+ years of in-depth knowledge in product positioning, pricing, distribution, service and promotion plan to positively impact market share, sales target, margin, business penetration beyond the technical characteristics of the product, preferably in technology-related FMCG.
  • You’ve experience with working in a matrix organization.
  • You’ve an analytical background and ability to be comfortable with data and analytics (e.g. data set to conclusion) is required.
  • You’ve excellent communication and negotiation skills and you are fluent English next to a Scandinavian language.
