Use your strong business acumen to develop a strategic planning model
The Group FP&A function has ownership of managing and steering the financial performance of Pandora. The function plays a vital role in defining and enforcing the global performance management framework and policies across Global Finance and within the business – including being the driver of planning, budgeting and forecasting, defining KPIs, management reporting. The function is therefore key to Pandora’s ability to provide the right guidance on expected future performance to the capital markets.

As our new Strategic Planning Manager, you will be responsible for our overall Strategic Planning and will support the CEO, CFO and CTO on supporting strategic business decisions with financial numbers and solid business logic. You will establish and own the strategic planning management report and drive financial input for strategy refresh processes. In addition, you will define and own the long-term planning process and model used across Pandora.

Your daily tasks will include:

  • Incorporating any strategic initiatives across Pandora into our strategic financial plans
  • Maintaining and developing strategic planning tool
  • Driving target setting
  • Supporting Investor Relations on long-term plans
  • Providing support for planning and budgeting deliverables

You will have the opportunity to travel up to 10 days a year to support our global organisation.

Energetic stakeholder manager with strong financial background
People would describe you as energetic, with strong business acumen and stakeholder management skills. You can influence and drive a global agenda, and are a true business partner. Furthermore, you are confident in communicating, with the ability to deliver messages in a clear and effective manner.

You most likely have a Master’s degree in Finance or a similar field, and it would be advantageous if you have experience working in Investor Relations or Strategic Office. We imagine that you have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Corporate Finance
  • Worked in retail, fashion or FMCG industry
  • Strong understanding of modelling (Excel or preferably databases)
  • Flair for IT, with experience using EPM tools and Qlik

Your new team
You will be a key member of the Planning & Budgeting, Group FP&A function. As a team, we have the analytical skillsets and value-chain insight needed to act as a finance business partner for both the CEO and CFO as well as overseeing the Group’s financial performance and financial planning. You will report to the Director, Planning and Budgeting, Group FP&A.
