Terma Aerostructures is a leading supplier of advanced and unique complex aerostructures for the civil market and the defense industry worldwide. Terma Aerostructures A/S participates in the world’s largest industry project, the Joint Strike Fighter (F-35) and employs more than 480 employees in Grenaa. During the past few years we have invested more than 300 MDKK in our production facilities and we are utilizing our production line through both day, night and weekend shifts.

Due to the high growth over the last years, the complexity in the production and financial systems has increased and accordingly we are adding a new position to help further develop our costing and variance reporting.

In this position, you will report to the Director of Performance Management and you will become part of a professional team, who ensures that our master data are accurate, enabling Management to make timely decisions.

Responsibilities and Tasks
Your daily tasks will require you to work directly with production managers in order to understand variances and identify measures with the potential to increase our efficiency. In order to substantiate your recommendations towards Management, you will:

  • Conduct analyses of production variances and calculate financial impacts
  • Do budgeting and forecasting of indirect manufacturing supplies
  • Handle ad-hoc analyses and tasks

Your professional qualifications and experience
With the level of responsibility and competency requirements for this position, we expect that you have3-5 years of experience from a similar job and an educational foundation as cand.merc. or other relevant degree within finance/economics.

As we are working with vast amounts of data in a more and more digitalized production setup, it is paramount that you are skilled in using finance systems and IT technology in general.

You should also thrive in working with complex tasks and be a quick learner in order to quickly grasp the developments in both our finance, reporting, and production setup.

Finally, we also expect you to master Excel and IT at a fairly high level.
