Summary:
You will be part of a corporate function and a team . You will work out of the Hempel office in Conroe, Texas and will interact daily within the department, with regional sales, marketing and technical service departments as well as having direct and shared relations with selected customers. The position requires frequent travelling, in the range of 70 days per year.

In the position you will:

  • Identify, develop and maintain strong contacts with selected regional customers that have operations and activities oround the region.

Qualifications:
You have minimum 10 years of proven and recent experience working as Regional Business Development Manager or Key Account Manager within a major coatings company or one of the major suppliers within the Oil & Gas, power generation segments. Preferably you have already a strong and active network within major companies of the aforementioned segments. You have a solid commercial capacity within technical solutions and / or project management background within major construction projects. You communicate fluently in English, written as well as spoken, whereas mastering other languages is a clear advantage.

• To be actively involved in the definition and execution of GKA related tasks, from a strategic to a tactical level, always fully aligned with the team

• Initiate and drive all the necessary actions together with the Hempel sales teams in order to secure the orders for the targeted projects

• Maintain complete and detailed overview of current and future construction projects, primarily in the O&G and power generation segments

• Make sure that Hempel is specified with the most suitable and competitive systems
