We're looking for a US DTC Marketing and Customer Acquisition Director for our New York office!

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of DTC customer acquisition strategy across the US driving to GANNI.com and owned retail.

  • You will be responsible for putting our customer FIRST and leading a strategy to acquire new customers as well keep our existing community highly engaged.
  • You will own the full strategy from broader brand awareness and acquisition through to precise consideration and activation of our community on a hyper local scale.
  • Your primary KPI’s for success on your role will include: Ganni.com traffic, Retail store traffic, email subscriber acquisition, social media followers, VIP client engagement and spend, ROI/Payback.

Drive US Digital Marketing Initiatives

  • Implement and influence digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Mobile, Display) across US. Manage digital advertising campaigns (SEM, Display, Social, Programmatic) to drive ecommerce activities.
  • Manage social media and SEO marketing campaigns

Own marketing KPIs and growth objectives for the US.

  • Own the US marketing budget with the responsibility to demonstrate incrementally & positive ROI on spend.
  • Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end-to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions
  • Analyze digital marketing analytics reports and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans
  • Stay abreast of emerging digital tools and platforms, digital marketing trends, new technologies, and share insights with the rest of the team

Deliver integrated, 360 marketing campaigns.

  • You will deliver campaigns through the management of local marketing budget, engaging HQ and local teams (performance/paid, CRM) on the most efficient activities to fuel acquisition growth across channels.

Champion the US across the business.

  • You will collaborate closely with key commercial, financial, community and product stakeholders at HQ - acting as a thought leader around serving the US market both internally & externally.

Requirements

  • You have 6+ years of marketing experience running successful brand-led, data-driven growth strategies within DTC companies.
  • You have a results-driven mentality, with a bias for speed and action
  • You have a deep understanding of the US, including local versus national marketing needs
  • You are comfortable in a startup environment, able to move quickly and wear many hats in a dynamic culture
  • You have a fascination with consumer-facing mobile-first products and are up to speed with latest tech innovation across all social platforms.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to think and work strategically; able to plan and foresee opportunities and act quickly
  • Passionate about digital marketing. Testing and learning constantly
  • Based in NYC / travel required / Reporting into EVP North America
