This executing role will combine your digital content experience with the creativeness of the LEGO® bricks and bring it to play with music in an exciting new universe - and we are inviting you onboard on our journey.

Core Responsibilities
As our new Content Associate within Kids Engagement, you will grow the audience base and drive retention through engaging content, having the ownership of publishing content incl. alignment to editorial calendar, translations workflows, etc. to make sure the experience is always up to date with exciting content. Moreover, you will:

· Have frequent alignment with product team and more senior content manager in order to focus on objectives and defined key results for the experiences you will work on and ensure reporting on content performance and insights from the product(s).
· Stay on top of audience trends and insights to bring these in to the daily dialogues and work.
· Play a role in editorial planning and execution with the team on our kids targeted digital experiences.
· Test new content types and brainstorm new roads in which we can take the digital content strategy.

The Kids Engagement team is responsible for crafting, running and marketing experiences that allow the LEGO Group to offer inspirational, personal and social experiences to kids across all touch points – with kids and tweens as the primary target audience and child safety at the core. These experiences are important parts of the wider Digital Ecosystem that ties together all digital LEGO® experiences in meaningful ways, in creating deeper consumer engagement and improving consumer life time value.

We work hard to be at the forefront of digital kids experiences in the world and to ensure this, we have a strong portfolio that keeps evolving. Energizing content plays a key role on our platforms and in this role you will be a key player in making our experiences awesome for our consumers all over the world.

Do you have what it takes?
To be successful as our Content Associate, we expect you to have 1-2 years’ experience working with digital content platforms and/or content heavy experiences, together with a bachelor or masters in communication, PR, journalism, marketing or similar. Also, we are expecting you to take initiative and to hold a solution oriented attitude all the while providing awesome consumer experiences. Moreover, you:

· Are a standout colleague that functions well in a constantly evolving, global environment.
· Feel curious and eager to understand and demonstrate market developments in the world of digital kids.
· Pay attention to details and show your power to ensure the best possible experience for kids.
· Master English at business level.

It will also be great if you have:

· Previous content management skills on content heavy platforms targeted at a kids audience
· Experience in creative copy writing, translation work flows and content publishing
· Foundational/intermediate design skills (Photoshop)
· Interest or knowledge of music and/or the music industry
