Exciting Opportunity to Lead a Dynamic Customer Service Team

Job profile:

This role will support 3 business units Czech, Slovakia and Hungary. You will lead our customer service department and support Sales management. This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful Company.

Key responsibilities:

  • Driving transformation of the Customer Service function related to the Hempel Customer Classifications
  • Responsible for serving customer relations with professionalism
  • Striving for increasing customer satisfaction
  • Striving for finding efficiencies within the way of working among others by innovating through digital solutions
  • Operational responsibility, order management and transactional activities in compliance with local regulations and Hempel’s Code of Conduct
  • Support employees with People processes
  • Set and keep Fixed Expenses budget
  • Set strategic and operational goals for the team
  • Develop and implement alignment and best practice in customer service in cooperation with sub-regional, regional and group functions
  • Work on CS as “Trusted Partner” within the organisation
  • Ensures that claims received from customers receive the proper treatment and keep customers updated on the status of the claim

Key tasks;

  • Managing the Customer Care department in respect of correct processes. Updating Service Level Agreement
  • Health & Safety and Fire protection coordinator for CZ/SK/HU
  • Preparation of yearly budgets for both departments in CZ/SK/HU (variable and fixed expenses)

Qualifications and skills:

  • Preferable a university degree in Business Administration or any other related field
  • More than 5 years of experience in customer service
  • Managerial experience essential
  • Knowledge of the protective coatings would be valuable
  • Quality oriented with proven experience of working to quality standards
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as individually.
  • Ability to communicate in English
  • Leadership
