Learning & Development Content Specialist Customer Service - Copenhagen


We are looking for a talented L&D Content Specialist to join our great eloomi team. It is a must, that you have excellent English language skills and have proven experience in working with learning content either managing it or creating it, or preferably both.

  • Learn and become conversant in the eloomi content offerings
  • Take on operational control of driving initiatives to ensure the timely delivery of content offerings to our customer platforms
  • Have a high working drive, positive mindset and an efficient low-bureaucracy execution of tasks
  • Driving the process of delivering learning content from our providers and onto our customers’ platforms
  • Optimizing processes to ensure a smooth, low-touch flow of content delivery
  • Delivering best-in-class customer service to eloomi’s customers and partners using a client-centric approach
  • Being the go-to eloominizer for all non-commercial aspects of our content offerings
  • Collaborating daily with your colleagues and manager to further develop internal competences and processes in the team.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with cross-functional internal teams including Sales, Product, and Marketing
  • Planning, executing and following up on content delivery tasks
  • Following our customer journey and operational procedures to secure consistency in our services
  • Having responsibility for collaborating with some of the largest content providers in the world, regarding new content bundles, asset management, updates to existing content, development of the collaboration.
  • Supporting the business by providing key data points
  • Reporting to the Head of Customer Service

  • Systematically executing on tasks related to organizing, updating, managing, and delivering content to our customer platforms
  • Managing expectations with and clearly communicating to multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Keen eye for the learning experience of content (visuals, textual, categorization, and best-practices)

You have a natural interest in providing people with the best possible digital learning experience. The way you approach complex projects and problem solving is highly organized and systematic. You are empathetic, caring and a dedicated professional, that goes the extra mile or two to help internal stakeholders and customers, by making timely deliveries and communicating progress and ETAs clearly along the way. You have a passion for HR-trends, processes, pains/challenges and how mid-market organisations drive people development, and you can leverage the momentum of this interest and knowledge to constantly develop yourself in the role.

  • Comfort working in a fast-paced and -changing environment
  • Excellent time management skills
