Changing the future of payments takes strong personalities
At Nets, you’ll develop in a fast-growing tech company in a high-impact market. The Nordic Partner Executive’s role is key in our channel management strategy, as part of becoming a Nordic Payment Champion. The role must lead partner impact in a portfolio of customer accounts and accelerate Nets´ digital transformation by leveraging a set of curated Partner solutions. The Role operates with the overall responsibility of the Nordics.

The role will need to orchestrate across the Nordic Enterprise Sales and SMB market, to ensure partner offerings are aligned to customer requirements, as defined through the final partner model for Digitisation and leveraging across KAM areas. The role will lead partner impact in assigned customer segments/territory and provide feedback to direct sales on roadmap and KPI’s.

NPE will be expected to have deep knowledge and expertise of driving partnership models, involving customer teams and facilitating activities in the geography to support solution selling, customers’ digital transformation, and build this expertise on an ongoing basis.

Your key responsibilies are:

  • Accelerate partner co-sell: Lead Account Team connecting right partners to right customer at the right time. Educate and drive sales on how to share opportunities & success engagements through channels and segments. Contribute to account planning with potential co-sell opportunities. In Strategic accounts, create joint Services & Partner plan with the Sales Executive for inclusion in account plan.
  • Build a local partner ecosystem around customer: Build a Partner Ecosystem around Customers to accelerate their digital invoicing ecosystem and seamless payments.
  • Lead partner seller engagement in opportunities: Act as Nets’ Sales Manager on partner led opportunities. Review inbound leads with co-sell prioritized solution, or proactive hunting with account teams. Drive stakeholder management in regard to the roadmap and interactions for the channel strategy.

Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets.

Your qualifications include :

  • 10+ years of experience - core sales, channel sales, industry or solution selling, business development.
  • Experience of working in a Channel/Partner role with Nordic Banks preferred.
  • Reasonable level of technical proficiency.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Extensive experience of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies.
  • Inclusive and collaborative – driving teamwork and cross-team alignment.
  • Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills.
  • Strong executive presence including communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort to large and small audiences.
  • Problem solving mentality leveraging internal and/or external resources, conflict resolution, and follow through with partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations); MBA desired.
