Core Responsibilities
As Senior Marketing Manager on LEGO Friends, you would be responsible for envisioning and executing key parts of the global marketing strategy for one of our powerhouse brands, with a special focus on communication and entertainment content.

With this role, you will be the one driving the global communication strategy, campaign development and toolbox for LEGO Friends, through partnership with our internal LEGO agency, LEGO ecosystem partners (e.g. LEGO Life) and external media agency. You will partner with the regional marketing teams to secure alignment to the communication strategy/toolbox and outstanding execution in markets.

Moreover, you will:
• Drive the communication innovation agenda, identifying new ways to reach our consumer and shopper and embracing test + learn.
• Drive the entertainment content strategy and activation, working closely with LEGO Licensing.
• Be the LEGO Friends insight specialist in the team; sourcing, synthesizing + sharing insight, and ensuring it is translated into action.
• Ensure the key performance goals are met and initiate corrective actions with markets if needed.

The Global Marketing Department is responsible for creating and fostering consumer demand for the LEGO Group by converting consumer, shopper and marketing insights into compelling & innovative product lines, marketing strategies + campaigns. The function has a broad partner network, collaborating with markets, our internal creative agency, the LEGO® ecosystem, and our external partners.

Do you have what it takes?
You hold a Master's Degree, preferably in marketing or a creative-related field. Passion for kids as target audience is key, and experience here is preferable. The ideal candidate is a brand marketing professional with solid experience of delivering innovative and integrated marketing campaigns that have contributed to the growth of a brand. We prefer a candidate who can perform independently, and has:

• Expertise in the full spectrum of communication touchpoints, especially digital.
• A strong background of turning consumer, shopper and market insights into action.
• Driven meaningful marketing innovation, demonstrating a willingness to take calculated risks and agility in responding to the changing external landscape.
• Proven track record of leading and developing informal teams and managing broad partner networks.
• Ability to travel approx. 20 days per year.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills and English proficiency on an advanced level, both written and spoken
• An IT literate skillset.
• The ability to embrace diversity and sees change as an opportunity.
• The successful applicant will be asked to take part in a Child Safety Background Check
