Core Responsibilities
Business Monitoring:
• Participate in securing a profitable and highly productive portfolio of products
• Participate in developing the strongest possible global launch and marketing plan
• Support markets in executing global plans
• Responsible for adhering to project budgets in own areas of responsibility
• Ensure high visibility in the business performance of the franchise both recurring and ad hoc
• Produce insights and recommendations on historic, current and forward looking franchise revenue projections

Portfolio Development & Management:
• Co-develop and execute principal packaging design
• Manage portfolio and assortment systems and master data (product, pricing, revenue)
• Participate in innovation process from concept and onwards
• Collaborate with lead markets to ensure the strongest possible global portfolio
• Sell in the portfolio to markets globally – via selling-in document and via face-to-face presentations to global markets and customers

Campaign Development & Implementation:
• Co-develop and execute a strong and insight-based communication strategy in collaboration with the marketing team, advertising- and media agency
• Collaborate with partners in LEGO ecosystem (e.g. LEGOLAND, Magazines, LEGO Life etc) and IP partners to ensure strong brand presence across all touchpoint.
• Co-develop strong campaign materials in partnership with lead markets
• Support and interact with markets in implementation

Play your part in our team succeeding
The Global Marketing department develops and manages the global portfolio of concepts and products – short, medium and long term - and are responsible for developing a portfolio which can deliver to the consumer sales and profitability objectives of the LEGO Group.

The Marketing function is responsible for identifying conceptual opportunities based on the overall marketing objectives and strategies and for developing these opportunities into strong product and marketing concepts for the global market. This includes the development of packaging and campaign material as well as approving product and campaign execution.

Do you have what it takes?
• Master’s degree in business-related field, ideally Marketing
• Min. 4 years of relevant experience
• Brand marketing professional with a strong blend of commercial and creative skills, who has a demonstrable track record of contributing to the growth of a brand in a consumer goods company
• Consistent track record of turning consumer, shopper and market insights into action
• Ability to drive meaningful innovation. Have demonstrated a willingness to take calculated risks and agility in responding to the changing external landscape
• exhibit strong business sense, have strong analytical skills and are results-oriented
• Ability to travel approx. 20 days per year
• Previous experience working with SAP
• Experience working in an international environment
• Strong ability to connect with people and great communication skills
• A personality fitting LEGO values
• A collaborative attitude – combined with a natural authority and ability to make decisions
• Embraces diversity and sees change as an opportunity
• Ability to perform independently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, responsiveness and attention to detail
• English – Advanced (written + spoken)
