The team is responsible for ensuring and maintaining a high quality and efficient manufacturability of our product portfolio within Transcutaneous Monitoring systems (TCM). You will become part of a new international and interdisciplinary team with diverse backgrounds related to electronics, mechanics, and software.

This role will be the team’s generalist with a focus on problem-solving and task coordination. The team is equally spread between Denmark, Poland and Switzerland, so international collaboration is present every day and virtual tools are key to us.

Solving problems across borders

In your work, you will use the strong toolbox from Danaher Business System based on Lean principles, and there will be great opportunities to further build your skills with trainings and networking.

Often the tasks have a tight deadline and it is your role to balance time, quality, and cost. Stakeholder management is an important role in all of this and it should come naturally to connect with various partners, also on the senior management level.

Key responsibilities:
This role will be in charge of driving the progress of our projects using either a systematic problem-solving approach or a traditional project manager toolbox. The project results is reached both by using your own technical skillset within different engineering fields as well as by utilizing other experts in the team or across the organisation. To be successful it is important to continuously align approach and resource allocation as well as report progress to stakeholders and management. It is expected that you also use your skills to mentor others in problem-solving tools and basic project management tools.

The position is an excellent opportunity to practice several aspects of product development in a large medical device company. Radiometer uses a strong project toolbox based on Lean principles, and there will be plenty of opportunity for you to develop skills through training and networking. We collaborate with internal and external partners in R&D, production, procurement, quality assurance, regulatory affairs, marketing, and clinical affairs. Many interactions are with colleagues from a different background; cultural or educational, so communication and networking is part of your responsibility.

The international nature of the team will mean traveling up to 15 days per year.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with an education within a relevant engineering field and over 3 years of experience working within R&D and/or production in the medical device industry or other strongly regulated industry. They should have a strong, broad technical understanding and a talent for driving results through teamwork.
