As part of a global transformation which has seen Pandora become a more brand led organisation, a new global Centre of Excellence has been developed in Copenhagen with marketing at its heart. As part of this, we are looking to hire a Brand Manager into the Content Creation team, working across all content and collections, globally.

Deliver content and develop insight to continuously improve the Pandora brand
As Brand Manager, you will collaborate closely with the brand design and production teams on the creation of assets for the Global Business Units. You will work with the various market clusters to deliver content, develop insight and gain an understanding of how to continuously improve in order to build the Pandora brand.

Sitting in what is effectively an internal agency, you will also work directly with the markets, setting the direction for content creation and taking responsibility for layouts, look and feel and consistency across the Pandora consumer communications.

Some of your key accountabilities will be to:

  • Work with the GBUs to develop briefs which will truly build the Pandora brand and deliver against business priorities
  • Work in collaboration with the product and brand design teams to deliver assets that can be rolled out globally
  • Build strong relationships directly with the market clusters to deliver and improve content to the different markets and regions

Insight driven knowledge combined with creative thinking
As key member of the Content Creation team, you understand how to navigate a large, global organisation in a period of transformation and growth whilst living the company purpose of giving ‘a voice to people’s loves – passions, people and places’. As both a brand builder and a brand guardian, you will bring creative thinking, insights and a solutions’ focus to your work as well as set a direction for content and share your view on branding and layout to ensure consistency of communications. You have a visual and creative flair combined with a familiarity with qualifications tools/processes and consumer insights and your curiosity and external focus gives you the ability to bring the outside world inside and make sure that we are updated on the latest trends and launches.

Furthermore, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 5 years of best-in-class marketing experience preferably from FMCG, the drinks industry or similar, combining the rigour of consumer insight with a truly creative lens
  • Experience building brands either in-house, in an agency, or via a combination of the two
  • Experience working across the full marketing mix, including digital content, and take a 360-degree approach to campaign creation
  • A proven track record of creating advertising content
  • The ability to work well cross-functionally: leadership, drive and accountability combined with collaborative attitude and one team spirit
  • Proven experience of managing and get the best out of “agencies” work (internal and external)
  • Consumer understanding and proven success working extensively with consumers
