DHI Sales Platform

A key pillar in DHI’s CloudBridge Strategy is to modernize our sales and business processes through “New Ways of Selling”. We have embarked on a range of projects that will fulfill this ambition by modernizing our sales process, replacing many legacy business systems and augmenting many of our existing systems to improve the customer experience.

The implementation of all the projects will create the “DHI Sales Platform” ecosystem. This ecosystem will require the integration of a number of business systems which collectively provide a sales and e-Commerce capability for selling DHI’s digital portfolio of products, data and applications. To succeed we need to coordinate teams and project leaders across many internal units including Group Sales, Development and Finance. We want to ensure, that all the projects are coherent and implemented as effectively as possible with all possible synergies and we have therefore decided to hire a program manager to take the overall lead of implementing the DHI Sales Platform.

The Projects that are delivering services into the Platform ecosystem include:

  • A replacement of the CRM from Maconomy to Dynamics (project led by TOP)
  • A replacement of the Web site platform (project led by KKJ)
  • A new Credit Card/Online Payments system (project led by GIL)
  • Augmentation of the Customer Support Service Hub (project led by JOBA)
  • A new Marketing App in Dynamics (project led by PTO)
  • A replacement Sales App in Dynamics (project led by MFB)
  • A new Academy eFront system for training courses (Project led by HMAK)
  • Augmentation of the MIKE licensing system
  • Augmentation of the MIKE Cloud Portal

The DHI Sales Platform will be anchored in Group Administration who will be the “system owner” as a Group IT service with Group Sales as the “Business Owner” of the processes and workflows. The key success criteria for each of the systems is that they are designed for our needs, works smoothly with all the other systems with a minimum of manual work, have well described processes and that they are fully implemented with happy end users who know how to get the full value out of the systems.

The Role

The Program Manager – DHI Sales Platform will lead the implementation of this core pillar in the CloudBridge Strategy. You will report to SPS and overall decisions regarding the portfolio will be taken by the Project Steering Committee (ARAS, SPS, PEKN and VP of IT). You will be responsible for implementing the Vision of the DHI Sales Platform.

On a daily basis you will coordinate with your team of projects managers to plan, implement and rollout the platform including a change management process that enables the organisation to upgrade our “ways of working” to the new platform.


The Program Manager is a high profile role that will require a range of business, communication and management skills. We are looking for candidates who are motivated and are energised by the challenge. The following skill sets are highly desirable for the position.

  • Experience in change management
  • Leadership
  • Project Management skills
  • Experience with DHI is rated very highly.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

We anticipate that the project will require up to 2 years to complete. During this time you will work closely with the core team driving DHI’s business and will develop closer working relationships across Group functions.

At the completion of this project you will have become a core team member within Group with a broad knowledge of our business systems and relationships across the leadership Team. The position will transition to a permanent leadership role with responsibility for the evolution of the DHI Sales Platform in the rapidly changing digital eCommerce world.
