Working as a customer order specialist at Signify is dynamic. We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities. We’re looking for a customer order specialist, who’ll be responsible for order and complaint handling, communication with customers and several departments included sales, finance, transport and warehouse. You’ll be part of the Signify Customer Order Management team in the Nordics and its responsibilities are to provide the best possible service to our customers, so a strong customer orientation must be in your DNA.

What you’ll do
Be responsible for interacting with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. Receive and process incoming orders and following up to make sure deliveries are made in a correct and timely manner.

  • Deliver superior service to customers in close cooperation with internal stakeholders (via telephone or electronically)
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
  • Provide pricing and delivery information
  • Keep records and follow up on customer interactions and transactions
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Prepare and distribute activity reports
  • Communicate and coordinate with Sales, Supply and other internal departments
  • Provide feedback and help improve the efficiency of the customer service process

What you’ll need

  • 3+ years experience in an international organization in the areas of: customer cervice / order management / sales support
  • Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
  • Ability to collect data and process orders in a correct manner
  • A strong understanding of customer order execution cycle including warehousing and transportation activities
  • A pleasant, patient and friendly attitude
  • Strong detail orientation and good communication/listening skills
  • Interest in technical products and services
  • Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office
  • Fluent English and Finnish language skills
