As the National Field Sales Manager of Finland you lead a field organization of approximately 100 professionals, including Sales Representatives, Beauty Advisors, and Merchandisers. Also the Factory Outlet & Promotions Manager reports to you (see org chart on next slide). Given the breadth and size of the array of subordinates, the National Field Sales Manager carries significant leadership as well as budgetary responsibility. The National Field Sales Manager leads a competent and well-functioning field sales team and will be in an important position to inspire the team and develop outstanding customer relations, efficient ways of working as well as a coherent and solid digital toolbox.

The right candidate is a business-oriented individual with solid experience of working with seasoned field sales professionals in the FMCG market. To be successful in this role you need to have a proactive yet pragmatic approach, strong interpersonal and social skills and an effortless capacity to care for partnerships and customer relations.

Finally, the right candidate would ideally have the personal ambition and strategic capability to develop in the role and be able to shoulder future career development opportunities within Lumene.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience of driving field sales in the Finnish FMCG market and a clear view on the current state and future development of the market
  • Proven track record of leading, building and motivating teams of different sizes
  • A firm grasp on building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers and partners and delivering on sales goals
  • Solid understanding of the Finnish retail chain market and related field sales
  • Relevant education: economics or comparable
  • Excellent ability to communicate verbally and in writing, in Finnish and in English
  • Optimally strong IT-skills and experience from sales support system development, renewal and roadmap projects
