Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Establish strategic and operational programs to attain Healthcare Informatics’ service financials, operational and customer satisfaction goals. You will be accountable for the result in five geographical markets (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland) with the relevant people force.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manages all facets (Order2Cash) of customer retention including participating in the resolution of customer concerns and defining and developing a customer contact strategy.
  • Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense, priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
  • Analyzes operational processes, escalation procedures and performs training/competence needs assessments for identifying opportunities for service delivery improvements and value add to the customer/clients.
  • Liaises between customers and manufacturing, sales, field service, order processing and accounting to resolve status, production, delivery and billing inquiries. Including reviews warranty claims and development of customer service department procedures.
  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
  • Participates with other senior managers to establish strategic plans and objectives. Makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters and ensures effective achievement of objectives.
  • Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company.
  • Participates in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people. Ensures budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.

Reporting Lines/Scope:

  • Reports to a BG EDI O2C International Leader.
  • Manages the EDI O2C in the subset of the Nordics region, consisting of (Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland), and is part of a larger EDI Service MT, but is the most senior O2C/Service contact in the markets assigned for the Healthcare Informatics.


  • Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
  • The most senior level individual contributor Service manager.
  • Viewed as an expert by the company and in the field.
  • Profound knowledge of service methods (eg. ITSM, PMI/Prince, ISO20k, LEAN)
  • Profound knowledge of financial systems and ability to influence profit and loss decision-making;
  • Having broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of company objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways.
  • Has complete knowledge of all company products and services and can be tasked with Service/development of new or strategic products. (ISEE)
  • Regularly interacts with executives and/or major customers.
  • Interactions frequently involve special skills, such as negotiating with customers or management or attempting to influence senior level leaders regarding matters of significance to the organization.
  • +10 years of IT and Business experience including extensive record of accomplishment in People Management internationally. Additionally +10 years’ experience in variety of Service oriented roles.
  • Bachelor/Master in Economics and Informatics.
