At Vestas, we have embarked on a number of Must-Win-Battles that will transform the way we work across the company. In order to succeed, an effective and strategic approach to change & communication is essential, and this is where you will have a key role.

Responsibilities
As the Lead Specialist from Group Communications dedicated to support selected Must-Win-Battles, you will work closely with Programme Management teams to ensure that change & communication is an integrated part of our global implementation efforts.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and carry out change & communication strategies, which include setting communication objectives, developing change content and activities targeted selected stakeholder groups and coordinate internal and external communication activities - enabling a successful transition across the company.
As a member of Vestas' Group Communications team, you will work closely with your fellow communication professionals to ensure close coordination with other activities across Vestas' global channels.

Qualifications
We are looking for an experienced change & communications professional with great stakeholder management skills, who is highly motivated to work with implementing change and engage with senior leaders in our global organisation. To succeed with abovementioned responsibilities, we see the following qualification to be beneficial:

  • Solid experience working with change management in company-wide projects and strategic initiatives
  • +5 years’ experience within communications from an international organisation, e.g. B2B engineering industry
  • Fluent in Sharepoint & Microsoft's collaboration tools
  • A Master’s degree with relevance to the position

Competencies
We envision that you are characterised as possessing:

  • Great interpersonal skills, with good ability to build relationships and collaborate with others. • Good project management skills, including project planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication and accountability
  • Stakeholder management and engagement skills, including the ability to influence at all levels
  • Superior written and verbal communications skills in English. Other language(s) can be beneficial
  • While being a team player, who always works towards reaching common goals, you also appreciate working with a high degree of autonomy
  • Finally, to be effective in this position, you should be self-disciplined, organised, and be able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment

Additional information
Primary location is Aarhus N, Denmark
Travel activity is limited but to be expected (less than 25 days annually)
