We are looking for a Senior People and Culture Partner for EMEA who can help us on our exciting growth journey, ensuring that our teams feel empowered and that they are set up for success when executing our company’s strategy.

You will be working closely with managers covering different business functions, supporting in all People and Culture activities. You most likely come from an HR business partner / HR development role in a SaaS company and know how to secure a People first Culture and what it takes to build, develop and maintain good people and culture practices during rapid growth.

What you’ll be doing

    • You will be the natural “go to” person for people managers and you will be close to our people, business, processes and the strategy
    • You will be responsible for People Life Cycle events in your area (Talent Development, Succession Planning, Salary review, Feedback / Appraisals, Employee exits etc.)
    • You will be following up on our engagement surveys in terms of people development, manager support and broader initiatives
    • You will be providing relevant input to people managers in terms of organisational development
    • You will be an advocate for our values and support managers in walking the talk
    • You will be supporting in keeping our HRIS up to date
    • Depending on your experience, interests and skill-set you will have the opportunity to own some of the yearly employee lifecycle events / P&C projects

Who you are

    • You have a proven solid experience with HR business partnering / management coaching / team development or similar
    • You probably have a relevant academic background (Eg.: a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Law)
    • You have a solid understanding of employment law in Denmark. Experience with the UK and Ukraine employment law is a plus
    • You have project management skills and/or experience and people find you to be accountable with a good sense of urgency
    • You thrive in an independent role that involves a great deal of people interaction
    • You are an extraordinary team player, with a positive and energetic personality and the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done
    • You are highly self motivated and self managing, with excellent time management and organisational skills
    • You are able to work in an ambiguous environment which is regularly changing and very fast paced. You will work at a fast pace yourself, without compromising quality
    • You are driven by setting people up for success, and always want to go the extra mile to ensure People and Culture does the best job possible for our stakeholders
    • You will be handling confidential information, so it goes without saying that you will be conscientious and have a high degree of tact, personal integrity and confidentiality
    • You are a master communicator and fluent in English, easily communicating across geographical and cultural borders
