Step into an unique opportunity as a product driver by bringing your digital expertise to play and help craft our B2B customer engagement and service capabilities.

Core Responsibilities
• Lead the roll-out of the B2B web shop and new digital services to our markets and customers, ensuring that both digital and commercial elements are in place and tested.
• Support the Product Owner to set a clear direction for the digital customer engagement area, defining the short to mid-term roadmap.
• Act as a global subject matter authority for our markets and key partners. Use your commercial knowledge to enable how we as a sales organisation engage digitally with our customers.
• Lead the continued advancement of our platforms by identifying development opportunities, collecting business requirements and turning these into strong user stories for the product team.
• Be the primary link between local B2B e-commerce manager and IT, articulating short to medium term business requirements for improving the B2B e-commerce platform to better accommodate market and customer requirements.
• Build our analytical capabilities and share insights with the organization to drive revenue and efficiencies with our customers.
• Train new local e-commerce shop managers in how to operate the B2B web shop – e.g. catalogue management, user creation, product recommendations and content development.
• Share best practice, conduct workshops, drive our change management agenda and send out communication to lead our digital transformation of our customer engagement.

Play your part in our team succeeding
We are looking for a diligent, commercial and tech-savvy manager who is ready to take the operational ownership of our new B2B e-commerce applications.

As our global B2B e-commerce manager you are going to be the day-to-day lead ensuring the continued operation of the B2B web shop. You will act as the primary point of contact between our local B2B e-commerce managers in the markets who are responsible for operating the web shop, and IT who will support you on technical requests.

Together with the Product Owner you set direction for future improvements on the platform to helping us to better utilize B2B e-commerce in efficiently servicing our customers.

Your first assignment will be to mature our B2B web shop further, share best practice across B2B and D2C, and to establish a componentized retailer engagement hub. You will be driving the development together with the global product team, that has participation from different functional areas, regions and external consultants.

Do you have what it takes?
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Information Systems, or E-business.
• 1-5 years of experience, preferable from the CPG industry, working in a global organization.
• Experience from sales, e-commerce, key account management or from a business analyst function. An alternative and relevant career path could be candidates from the IT/Management Consultancy area.
• Experience from working in IT and/or business transformation projects will be an advantage.
• Strong communicator and collaborator, with a structured and detailed approach. You are pro-active and get energy from enabling others.
• Commercial approach – needs to understand and speak the sales and marketing language including a profound understanding of relevant disciplines like customer service, sales operation, field sales management, merchandising and key account management).
• 10-30 international travel days should be expected.
• Collaborative and communicative – in a multi-cultural and multi-functional environment.
• Knowledge and experience with agile project management methodology is an advantage.
• Analytical along with a good understanding of IT from a business side - e.g. working with larger ERP solutions like SAP, Microsoft Office package (especially Excel), and e-commerce tools.
• Experience with operating a sales/CRM solution through e.g. gathering and maturing business requirements and managing sprint developments together with IT.
• Advanced English - both written and verbal.
