We are keen to hire a specialist to support our Nordic Sales team and help us better understand our customers and develop the builders of tomorrow. You will be part of a team of skilled colleagues who drive the commercial and analytical insights for the Nordic Sales channels.

Core Responsibilities
The key function of this role is to drive the Nordic assortment strategy and improve trade promotion effectiveness within the Nordic commercial activities and in close collaboration with Sales, Brand, Trade, Operations and Finance.

The job also includes
• Sparring partner to Sales on assortment recommendations based on analysis and insights, challenging the status quo on space allocation
• Support implementation of global promotional guidelines and strategy, and guide Nordic team in developing promotional strategies
• Ensure Trade Promotions are recorded and managed according to agreed processes
• Drive promotional uplift and effectiveness analysis for the Nordic market and provide recommendations for account teams based on pre-and post-analysis of trade promotion activities
• Revenue management
• Drive Customer Pulse process

The Customer Development team is integrated in the Nordics Sales team, with the purpose to help the team deliver and execute on the LEGO business strategy and deliver against strategic plans to create profitable and sustainable growth at retail. Our role is to be a trusted partner who strives to strategically get the right products and experiences, in the right place at the right time and drive mutually sustainable business plans with our customers.

Do you have what it takes?
Our ideal applicant is a detailed and result oriented teammate. You hold a master’s degree in Economics/Business Administration, Econometrics or Statistics, and have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience from BI or business / sales analyst roles, within a retail or manufacturing environment. In addition, you bring a proven track record within data management and process improvements.

Further, the following criteria will make you an outstanding fit for our position:
• Strong stakeholder management and networking skills
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to navigate at all levels of the organization
• A self-motivated team-player with superb communication, project management skills
• Experience working in Agile / Scrum teams
• Interpersonal and creative problem-solving skills
• Proficient in computer software skills especially Excel, Power Point
• Proficient in statistical programs (Power BI, Tabbleau) and SAP is an advantage
• Proficiency in English both written and spoken and one of the Nordic languages is a plus (DK, FI; NO, SE)
