About the research project
The postdoc will be working on the project entitled “Mental Health Consequences of the COVID-19 Pandemic“, which is funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation. Due to the stress that the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic imposes on practically all aspects of human life, it is likely to have significant negative consequences for individuals living with (or at risk of developing) a mental disorder. However, the nature and extent of COVID-19 related mental illness is unknown. Based on analyses of data from electronic health records from the Central Denmark Region, nationwide hospital registers, and surveys, this project aims to describe and quantify COVID-19 related mental illness.
