Then we have the perfect job for you as a Quality Specialist in YouSee!
You will thrive in our cross-functional teams where you will be responsible for automating and accelerating our testing processes, paving the way for frequent, fast and focused deliveries.

Ensuring tests are automatically executed as part of the deployment pipeline, your integrated dashboards will give instant visibility into the risk inherent in any potential delivery. You will also get the opportunity to analyse customer behaviour by tracking how they act.

Welcome to our Testing and Quality Assurance Chapter
As part of the Testing and Quality Assurance Chapter, you will join a group of like-minded Quality Specialist, tasked with leading our Tribe on a journey towards better quality in each aspect. The Chapter is within the YouSee where we are focused on delivering best-in-class customer experience. This is done by our agile, cross-functional Squads working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing and challenging environment. In one of these Squads you will be responsible for Quality Assurance and leading the implementation of our test strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure that acceptance criteria of user stories are met prior to release
  • Ensure that deliveries satisfy non-functional requirements
  • Understand and manage the risk in every potential delivery
  • Ensure availability of up-to-date test data
  • Implement automated UI and API testing
  • Execute manual exploratory testing
  • Support other Squad members with your QA expertise
  • Campaign and communication Testing
  • Analysing customer experience

Who are You?

  • Quality and innovation Mindset
  • Automation experience
  • Minimum 2 years of Telecom domain experience
  • Minimum 1 years of agile way of working experience

Nice to have:

  • Understanding of campaigns and customer feedback
  • Analytics experience for better understanding customer
  • Knowledge in a DevOps environment
  • Automation experience i.e Selenium, Cypress, etc
  • Performance testing i.e jmeter or any other tool
