In People and Communication, you will become part of COWI's Business Support. People and Communication numbers more than 130 skilled HR and communication specialists across the globe. We are dedicated to supporting our culture, telling our stories, building our brand, optimising our processes, and attracting, developing and retaining COWI's most important asset: Our people.

A POSITION THAT WILL PUSH YOUR DEVELOPMENT FURTHER
We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager to join People & Communication's corporate learning and development team consisting of 10 people. With reference to the corporate Learning and Development Manager you will be in close collaboration with colleagues from all parts of the COWI organisation and will be working on the development and implementation of global strategic programs and projects targeting COWI's global organisation.

People & Communication's support the COWI business in matters related to HR and internal and external communication. Experience or interest in these fields would therefore be an advantage.

To succeed in this position, we believe that you should be a team player with good communication skills in English (Both written and verbal). You have a trustworthy and result oriented mindset and can add real value to the business.

Furthermore, you should:

  • Hold an academic background, preferably in organization or business management
  • Have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience (e.g. from a management consultancy company or global organisation)
  • Be passionate about Leading projects and have experience in working as a project manager within HR and learning and development
  • Have a customer-focused mind-set and have an aptitude to understand the COWI business
  • Have a high working capacity and can deliver quality results under pressure
  • Be working proactively and independently, maintaining problem-oriented attitude and have analytical skills
  • Have the ability to focus on the long-term benefits and value creation and at the same time deliver on specific activities on time
  • Be able to work and interact at all organizational levels.
