We have an opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) team in Denmark! The purpose of this role is to interact directly with the external & internal customer, delivering an elite service through exceeding on requirements outlined by the business unit and customer agreements. You'll do this whilst supporting the field and enabling them to have greater presence in front of the customer and supporting the service organization and projects by processing Bookings handling requests in a timely and accurate manner

Customer Service Representative responsibilities

  • Managing mailbox – mixture of orders & requests from internal and external customer.
  • Processing orders end-to-end from booking to billing
  • Management of SAP
  • Co-ordinating and working with field & remote teams


  • Fluent English & Danish – written and verbal
  • Computer literate in Office suite
  • SAP system experience
  • Detail oriented, strong communication skills, good organizer, teamwork, multitasking
