With the completion of our fill and finish facility at Kvistgaard we will be able to carry out all parts of the chain in vaccine manufacturing.

Become part of a dedicated team
As Coordinator in Supply Chain Customer Service (SCCS) you will become part of our Supply Chain department that consist of approximately 35 employees.

We are currently integrating new customers into the Bavarian Nordic distribution setup and we are therefore looking for a Coordinator for SCCS. You will become part of the newly established Supply Chain Customer Service (SCCS) team that currently consist of three dedicated employees. Together you will become responsible for ensuring best in class customer service and accurate delivery performance towards our customers.

You will report to Manager of Supply Chain Customer Service.

Ensuring timely quality services to all customers
As Coordinator in SCCS you will become the main point of contact between internal stakeholders in the organization and external stakeholders in all customer service-related matters. As Coordinator in SCCS you will be working in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders from departments such as; Commercial, Distribution, Planning, Quality Assurance, Regulatory and Pharmacovigilance to support the company operations.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Delivering timely quality services to all internal and external costumers (4PL/distributors/wholesalers/direct customers)
  • Handling customer inquiries
  • Supporting internal company operations
  • Returns flow incl. credit note handling
  • Customer data management
  • Follow-up on department KPI's
  • Analyze sales and forecast data in corporation with sales and planning
  • Prepare and analyze reports for customer service-related activity metrics

Experience with Customer Service and Customer Data Management
To be a success in the role as Supply Chain Customer Service Coordinator, we expect that you have the following experience and competencies:

  • +4 years of experience with Customer Service and Customer Master Data Management, preferably from a GMP environment within the Pharmaceutical or Medico industry
  • An education within Supply Chain or BSc in Business Administration and Service Management (HD SCM, Cand. Merc or similar) is preferred but not a requirement
  • You have flair for IT (Excel), ERP and BI tools
  • You are fluent in Danish and English both verbally and in writing other languages will be an advantage

As a person you are outgoing, service minded, result oriented and work in a structured way with a good overview and with sense for the details. You are proactively driving things forward in your work and you thrive with juggling multiple tasks within Customer Service simultaneously. At the same time, you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and you are great at building relations with internal and external stakeholders in your daily work.
