This position could be based either in London or DK.

We welcome you in our team
Be a key member of the small but mighty global programme development team charged with developing new and strengthening/pivoting existing digital and phygical (physical combined with digital) learning through play initiatives to reach millions of children at home, in school and in the community. Wearing three key hats:

1) Team digital lead:

Work closely with digital development teams (internal and external) to build, communicate and expand initiatives.

Provide key technical expertise and best practice in the digital engagement arena: digital roadmaps, UX, digital product development, wireframes, gamification, and more

Ensure all initiatives are aligned with internal digital child safety and digital systems and requirements

2) Content developer and tester:

Develop new, exciting content in the sustainability field that increases children (and parent) knowledge levering the power of learning through play.

Pilot global programmes nationally and globally as needed providing formative evaluation feedback and programme adjustment.

Train global team, network of supporters and charity partners to execute new programmes in their local countries as needed.

3) Help keep the team on track with your amazing project management skills

Provide critical project management support including but not limited to: LEGO Foundation proposal development, budget maintenance, timeline and execution plan development, collaboration with comms, PR marketing, and much more.

This new role within our team is critical to ensuring we are building outstanding digital, phygical and physical global signature programmes that inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow. Children in local communities around the globe have a right to quality learning through play experiences. And it is our responsibility to develop best-in-class programmes that do just that - and bring our 18,000 colleagues around the world on the journey with us. We aim to reach over 8M children with our social responsibility programmes in 2022 and this is justthe start.

We will change the face of digital impact when you bring:

• Demonstrated expertise and experience in building digital games, experiences and/or platforms. Preferably in the learning or education space. A passion for all things digital!

• Fluency in and passion for today’s environmental sustainability issues – demonstrated by previous work experience or studies.

• Strong project management experience, organisational skills and experience with complex, large budgets.

• Stakeholder management experience – handling high stakes partnerships and complex internal partners.

• Proven innovation skills – demonstrated success in transforming concepts and high-level ideas into robust solutions and projects.

• Proactive and demonstrated ability to use an outside in perspective – crafting programmes and strategies based on high level objectives.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• National and International travel up to 10 days/year

• Passion for children, play, education and people

• It is a must that your English skills are advanced - both verbal and written. And it would be a benefit with an extra language.

• It would also be desirable with experience in education sector – working with curriculum.
