Job Details
We have the best solution engineers in the industry. And, we know how important it is for our solution engineers to have access to the best training resources in order to be “sales ready”. Our Global Solutions Enablement team is meeting this challenge by offering a variety of product, technical and soft skills training programs. As a solutions enablement specialist, you will partner closely with other members of the solutions enablement team to plan, organize and execute key enablement programs in Northern Europe. You will use your advanced project management skills to help manage program planning and logistics. You will engage with various key stakeholders from our field solutions teams and program office to drive the process, identifying key next steps, gaps and ultimately driving programs through the execution lifecycle.



  • Work with key stakeholders to capture enablement requirements both from within the existing Solutions Enablement Portfolio and identify future needs for continuous development and up-leveling of the SE Ohana
  • Reciprocal feedback channel translating requirements from Business Stakeholders into the Enablement Strategy, Curriculum Design, Development & Learning Tech teams to help drive innovation & roadmap
  • Plan Enablement schedules in partnership with stakeholders to meet business priorities & timelines
  • Partner with sister field enablement teams, eg: Sales, to determine joint SE/AE enablement opportunities and best practice sharing
  • Partner closely with a Learning Design team, who co-designs, builds and manages learning curriculum, to ensure feedback is incorporated in course development.

Project Management

  • Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and related tasks, people, and deadlines.
  • Manage key logistical tasks including course assignments and scheduling.

Project Communications

  • Effectively communicate project details and updates to project team and key external stakeholders from field solutions teams and the program office.
  • Manage an integrated communication plan of personalized touch points, with the goal of understanding the enablement needs of the solutions organization, and to ensure support from key leaders and stakeholders.

Measurement and Continuous Improvement

  • Drive accountability, ownership, and metrics for the learning outcomes and the impact of enablement events and programs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by actively collecting feedback through various methods (e.g., assessments, survey’s, focus groups, etc.), evaluating learning effectiveness and recommending changes to optimize the learning experience.

Enablement Delivery

  • Where applicable, be part of the coaching and/or delivery team of key enablement programs.


  • 3 to 5 years previous enablement experience; working with and influencing sales or, ideally, solutions engineering professionals and executives.
  • Advanced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and related tasks, people and deadlines.
  • Ability to connect the dots organizationally, network effortlessly and influence various roles, levels and profiles to drive collaboration and program excellence.
  • Experience delivering enablement programs, understanding Adult learning principals and effective virtual and in-person classroom management techniques
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills that span across various cultures and professional backgrounds.
  • Good working understanding of key project management tools including spreadsheets (GoogleSheets, Excel, SmartSheets) and Presentation Tools (Powerpoint, GoogleSlides).
  • Fluent in written and oral English


  • Experience working in a fast paced, high performing, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience managing enablement programs that focus on product, industry or soft skills content.
