Dixa is on a “scale-up” journey, and we now have an opening for a Director of Product Management to join us in this quest to be the best Customer Friendship platform. Our mission is to offer fast, efficient and effective support software for customer loving teams all over the world. If your passion lies in leading a SaaS B2B Product team, collaborating with others, and thinking strategically about how we can take our product to the next level and beyond - then this role may be the right fit for you. What you’ll be doing

    • Drive Dixa’s move towards a more customer-centric and product-led mindset
    • Align with the Senior management across the company to shape and define the product roadmap that ties to the company strategy
    • Lead, manage and coach a team of highly motivated product managers
    • Get involved in day to day decisions around the product, having both a tactical and strategic mindset and not being afraid of “getting your hands dirty” when needed
    • Cultivate the importance of being data-driven and the decision making around it, and balancing this with qualitative information
    • Be an ambassador for dual-track agile work practices and communicating this to the rest of the company
    • Collaborate with Product & Engineering management to help define OKRs and track outcomes on a regular basis
    • Own the product roadmap and backlog across the entire product and engineering team

Who you are

    • You have 7+ years experience in product management and a proven record of successfully launching SaaS products in an agile environment
    • You have experience building, growing, leading and coaching product teams
    • You have the ability to partner and collaborate cross-functionally and balance competing priorities across multiple stakeholders
    • You love to make the good greater, and always receptive to customer feedback
    • You have an excellent command of English - verbal and written - and communicating with all levels of the organisation

Now, we’re in scale-up territory, backed by incredible VCs (raising Series B in Feb 2020), and over 100 exceptional Dixaterians working with us in 4 offices (and remotely)🚀
