Core Responsibilities
As Communications Partner to the Chief Digital & Technology Officer (CDTO) you will be a trusted senior adviser providing proactive, timely and practical communication counsel.

• Develop and carry out a coordinated communication strategy for CDTO to engage internal partners. This involves identifying the best content, channels and events to ensure the CDTO engages in a way that is authentic and relevant.

• Externally, you will position the CDTO as an industry leader and use executive profiling to promote the LEGO Group as an attractive career destination for the brightest digital talents.

As Communication Partner for the Digital Transformation team we are looking for:

• Change driver: Work as a core member of the Digital Transformation team, an agile, cross-functional group tasked with orchestrating and driving a multi-year, multibillion DKK digital transformation. Closely collaborate with change specialists and HR partners within the team to deliver balanced change.

• Strategic internal & change communications: Lead and deliver a multi-year change communication program. Use creative and creative internal communications approaches to connect diverse employees to an enterprise- wide transformation. Translate new ideas and ways of working into relevant and engaging story-telling tailored to relevant moments, audiences and channels.

• Communication counsel: Mentor and equip leaders to effectively communicate to their teams new concepts and ways of working.

• Employer branding: Collaborate with colleagues in the Corporate Communications team to develop effective external communication plans and content to attract and retain talent critical to delivering the digital transformation.

• Agency management: Work with external communication and change specialist agencies to support the Group’s business and communication ambitions.

• Bring a good mix of proven and innovative internal communications thinking to help develop and evolve the Corporate Brand Communications (CBC) team.

Play your part in our global success
The Communications Partner, Digital will be part of CBC. This team is responsible for building and protecting the reputation of the LEGO® Brand externally. Internally it works to engage and empower colleagues in our purpose, ambition, strategy and operating plans. The job will be based out of our Headquarter in Billund, however flexibility towards partially working from home (in Denmark) may be considered, depending on the requirements of the job at any given time.

Do you have what it takes?
• Bachelor and above in Communications

• Experience providing strategic communication counsel to C-suite executives.

• Experience with large-scale, long-term, complex enterprise-wide transformation projects is important.

• Experience developing content for an international, diverse audience via multiple channels.

• Outstanding partner management and project management skills required.

• 10+ years’ experience in communications in house or agency.

• Outstanding written and spoken English

• Comfortable both setting strategy and rolling up your sleeves to get the job done.

• Awesome teammate and able to effectively engage with colleagues at all levels of an organization.

• Experience driving executive visibility programs.

• Brave to experiment with new and untested communication approaches.
