Core Responsibilities
You will lead the process of design: user research, prototyping, working with the developers. You are skilled in systems thinking and human-centered design, and you are passionate about continually embedding user feedback to ensure the overall digital experience provides a real benefit to users.

• Design experiences for digital products; think and iterate beyond screen UI design.

• Execute efforts related to applying research methodologies, creating architecture, ideation, and prototyping.

• Continually work with frontend developers to capture their creativity and input in the UI design process.

• Conduct user testing early in the process and integrate applicable feedback to UI design.

• Participate in Design Sprint workshops.

• Closely and iteratively collaborate with a diverse group of UX researchers, interaction designers, developers, and product owners cross the Digital organization.

In B2B Retailer Technology we innovate digital products that delight our B2B retail customer users and together with key partners in the LEGO Group we enable critical sales capabilities by "delivering technology to Retailers and to LEGO® Sales and Market organizations" who engage with customers.

We are organized in autonomous product teams working agile with end-to-end responsibility for our tech products, and we collaborate closely with partners that drive the "Business to Business" strategy at the LEGO Group.

In the product team "Commercial Planning and Collaboration", we make sure that digital products are addressing the needs of LEGO® Business partners, who do plan and engage with our retail customers. The team has an end-to-end DevOps responsibility for the three business-critical digital products: Commercial Target Management, Trade Activation and Sales Collaboration in the LEGO Group.

Do you have what it takes?
You hold a master’s degree in Interaction Design, HCI, Graphic Design, New Media or equivalent work experience. A couple of years’ experience have given you the ability to be a good colleague; work well with others; contributes positively to team spirit while continually seeks ways to improve contribution to the team. Then you have gained at least 2 years of human centered design experience across a variety of digital media; of proven interactive products you designed that were built and launched; and of design work on desktop/laptop software.

To succeed in this role, we image you have the following proficiencies:

• Confident and experienced in presenting and explaining work to partners and colleagues.

• Exhibit a real passion for design and making things for people that they remember and love.

• Agile methodology experience and flexible to adapt the design process based on current needs, yet able to explain important consequences of tradeoffs.

• Skilled in and thrilled by conducting user tests and synthesizing data at various stages of the product development lifecycle.

• Proficient in design and prototyping software such as but not limited to: Axure, Principle, Illustrator, Sketch, InVision.
• Advanced English both written and verbally is a must since we work with colleagues and partners globally.
