The Role

We are a highly diverse and inclusive HR Team in EMEA that supports the business with the entire employee experience, leadership development and organisational change. As part of our growth, we are seeking an experienced and talented HR Advisor to join our team. Your focus will be operational support on people matters and delivering the best experience for our business on the digital journey we take with HR tools systems in EMEA.

The HR Advisor role will be based in Newport (NP10) and will be responsible supporting the organisation with people administration, HRIS support, reporting and more.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be passionate about HR delivering value to the organisation, a true collaborator, very organised and have a good aptitude for systems.

The role will also require that you are flexible to travel within the UK and to our other offices in Europe (post COVID-19)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support on HR processes
  • Support the UK HR Business Partner with UK employment regulations and immigration assistance
  • Be a regional expert and super user of our HRIS, Oracle
  • Co-develop and co-own the development and delivery of the Oracle EMEA enablement plan
  • Produce training material for Oracle, conduct help-desk sessions across the region and support the local country HR Business Partners to embed self-service of Oracle
  • Provide data and reports from Oracle to the EMEA HR team
  • Develop and maintain an overview of benefits across EMEA, including liaising with external agents and completing associated monthly submissions
  • Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
  • Promote a positive working environment and be available to employees and leaders as needed to enhance the employment experience
  • Support the HR Director, EMEA with any other duties as assigned, including travel, administration and management of the two UK office facilities.

Key skills and experience required

  • Solid and demonstrable experience of working in similar HR support roles
  • Excellent technical grasp of HR systems and tools
  • Consistent, personable and professional approach as the role will require liaison with all departments and hierarchy of the business to executive level
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills
  • Relevant degree or certifications (CIPD or similar)
