Play your part in our team succeeding
One of the purposes for this strong team (15 employees) is to ensure that all machinery across the LEGO Group is safe to operate. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a team working cross-functionally with global responsibility focusing on employee safety.

Upstream this is done by ensuring that the design of all new machinery is safe and compliant before it is implemented in the production.

Downstream we are setting directions for the production sites for how existing machinery should be maintained according to standards and modified if the legislation changes.

Employee safety and machine safety is a high priority in the LEGO Group. The global environment is both fun and exciting. Collaborating across cultures and time zones is both demanding and rewarding by linking everyone together and finding best suitable solution.

Do you have what it takes?
Your educational background is probably a bachelor or master’s degree at business and/or technical university with business/engineering/project/Machine Safety understanding.

We will also like you to have a minimum of
• 3-5 years of experience working with ergonomic safety related to machines and equipment in a global production company
• Experience working in a diverse organization with daily collaboration with diverse cultures and across time zones
• Excellent collaborator and standout colleague that puts the ‘customer’ needs first and understands that achieving the team goal consists of several compromises
• Excellent communicator, both orally and in writing, with the ability to convert legal requirements into internal requirements for daily use
• 2+ years working in R&D projects for machinery, not necessarily as a project manager
• Strong stakeholder management is required due to daily communication upwards (Steering committee, Line managers etc.)
• And since this is a global role, a willingness to travel up to 50 days / year is also required.
