A bit about you
You have an analytical and critical mindset and are good at comprehending complex problems and situations, as well as not being afraid of working hands-on. You are thorough and detail-oriented in your work. In other words, you have the skills of Sherlock Holmes in your work and enjoy digging deep and being meticulous. Because of our high pace, it is important that you thrive in situations where you can create order among chaos. Discussions motivate you and you are not afraid to participate actively in discussions about risk appetite. You are good at challenging the norm and you see solutions where others might see obstacles - you are a troubleshooter.

You want to have a role with touchpoints all around the organization and enjoy collaborating with people from Tech, AML, Operations, and so much more. Therefore your communication skills are good and you do well when turning something complex into something understandable. You have a given interest within KYC, CDD, and AML and are used to working within these disciplines - even better if your experience comes from working in established banks with small business clients. The role & tasks
As Customer Due Diligence Specialist, you will have the overall responsibility for CDD on all Swedish Business applications. This entails ensuring that Lunar Business in Sweden delivers satisfying CDD on new business clients.

You will also be part of kick-starting and establishing Lunar’s Swedish team for Business CDD. Lunar’s CDD team in Sweden is brand new, which is where you come in - as our new Customer Due Diligence Specialist you play an important role in kick-starting and establishing a successful Swedish team for Business CDD. Of course, you will not be working alone - you will be working closely with the rest of the CDD team as well as the Head of Back Office and other parts of the organisation

As our new colleague, your primary tasks will consist of:

• Being responsible for CDD on business applications.
• Process optimization
• Participation in the clarifications of the country-specific differences between DK and SE.

Your profile

• You have 3+years of experience from a similar role in the banking industry.
• You have a relevant educational background from either the banking industry, University - or both.
• You are certified from ICA and/or ACAMS or other relevant certifications.
• You are a specialist in KYC, CDD and AML from an established bank working with small business clients - the most important prerequisite.
• You are fluent in Swedish. It is a plus if you know Danish as well!
• You are IT-savvy. We are a tech-company to the bone.
• You enjoy constant change in a fast-paced environment, and you are motivated by building the airplane while flying it.
