Come join our team and bring your amazing coordination and ownership skills to contribute to the People Operations team at the LEGO Group.
Core responsibilities
• Supervising and validating time registrations for app. 800 hourly paid employees.
• Follow up on missing registrations
• Support leaders with reporting on overtime, flex-hours etc.
• Send out time statement to employees
• Secure approval process before pay-out
• Support shop stewards with relevant material
• Act as superusers on system
• Run tests when changes are made to system
• Run reimbursement process on blue-collars
• Liaise with payroll & Masterdata to secure accurate payroll
• Continuous improve ways of working
• Support employees by mail & phone
• Ad hoc tasks
Play your part in our team succeeding
Together with a colleague, you will be responsible for validating all Time & Attendances for hourly paid employees in Denmark. Being a part of a 16-member regional team, where 9 colleagues are in Billund, you will contribute to support the Nordic & Western Europe regions with HR Operational activities & local benefits especially for Denmark. Our team also act as competence center & support to our Business Service Operations (BSO) in Kladno, handling the transactional tasks e.g. payroll & master data.
Do you have what it takes?
We are looking for a person experienced working with the blue-collar area who also understands the Industriens Overenskomst – especially in regards to time and attendance.
• Experienced working with SAP would be an advantage
• Detail oriented and flair for continuous improvement and optimization
• Ability to work independently but also to coordinate with you colleague
• Manages stakeholders well
• Enjoy being a part of the team
• English on intermediate level
