The Adult Fan Engagement team is looking for a curious-minded marketing communicator while our colleague is away on maternity leave to keep the fire on and keep growing LEGO fandom.

Core Responsibilities
• Bringing business strategies to life that engages with the LEGO fans and generate value for the business and consumers.
• Drive integrated cross-channel marketing planning and represent the Adult Fan Engagement agenda in global forums.
• Uncover routes in the LEGO group for realizing fan designs and co-creation value.
• Build on the marketing integration foundation to enable full and systematical support.
• Participate in the Adult User Journey forum and work with ecosystem channel colleagues to scope the journey funnel from newly recruited adults into the LEGO passion and hobby.
• Identifying and supporting content needs and opportunities across the LEGO channel ecosystem.
• Drive strategy development for the recognized LEGO Fan Media program.
• Encourage and educate our colleagues around the LEGO group on benefits working with Adult Fans, LEGO micro influencers, LEGO fan media and celebration LEGO fandom.

Play your part in our team succeeding
As Head of Marketing Integration in the Adult Fan Engagement team, you will play a key role in growing the department's systematic work with our colleagues in the LEGO Group to integrate and realize LEGO fan driven creativity into business value while recognizing and celebrating fan creativity.
Delivering value to fans is top priority while also supporting the LEGO Ecosystem channels with content, stimulating the commercial value of fan media in the earned media space and providing relevant fan insights.

Do you have what it takes?
• Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing Innovation, Marketing Communication, Experience Economy or similar
• Strong experience within the marketing function and from working in a global setup are ideal. Prior experience on brand fandom, community engagement or micro influencer programs is a plus
• Possess motivational and influential leadership with demonstrated collaboration skills
• Ability to identify and drive marketing innovation within brand fandom
• Excellent communicator and passionate about working with variety of user groups and internal partners
• Energized by uncertainty and open to experiment!
