A unique opportunity to develop, implement and chip in on our People Operations at the LEGO Group, driving reimbursement processes in Denmark.

Core Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the reimbursement process executing on
• Long term sickness; Employees on Leave; Employees on § 56; Flex-jobbers
• Requesting refund in due time, following up on missing absence registrations, follow up on received amounts & deliver bookkeeping notes to finance
• Collaborate with our internal social advisor.
• Follow up with public institutions, VIRK and NemRefusion when issues occur
• Follow up on employees with loss of disability to work, request reimbursement with the insurance provider.
• Act as superuser on system & report any system-issues to our support partner
• Create leave agreements & register leave in SAP
• Participate in implementing a new HCM system by validating set-up regarding the reimbursement process
• Ad hoc tasks

Play your part in our team succeeding
P&O Operations, Nordics & Western Europe team is driving the Operations agenda within the regions. Being a part of a team that covers 2 regions you will have 9 colleagues located in Billund and 7 colleagues on 5 additional locations. Your tasks will contribute to support especially in Denmark. P&O Operations are responsible for local benefits but also for local processes like reimbursements and employee celebrations. Our team also act as competence center & support to our Business Service Operations (BSO) in Kladno, handling the transactional tasks e.g. payroll & master data.

Do you have what it takes?
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field or equivalent working experience
• A good knowledge of the legislation around reimbursements on sickness, Childcare leave, Flex-job & § 56 is vital
• Knowledge of SAP or working with systems
• Eye for the details, handling deadlines and structured working approach
• Enjoys being part of a team, but also keen on being responsible for own area
• English on an advanced level
