About the department
You will be a part of Novo Nordisk, Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) production, which consists of more than 6000 employees across 7 production sites and 5 countries. We are the last but not least significant end of the value chain before the finished products are shipped to patients worldwide. Finished Products Production in Kalundborg comprises apxm. 250 employees responsible for montage and packaging of diabetes products in our fully automated production lines.

Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Future Finished Products (FutureFP) and Back Office is a team with key competences in Project Management, Validation and Innovation. The team consists of 14 skilled staff with a variety of competencies who ensure that all equipment is validated and in working order, and also execute strategic projects in applying new technologies to optimise processes.

The job
You will report to the team leader of PPM, BackOffice & FutureFP, and your daily work will include a large variety of stakeholders and departments across DFP. We are changing the way we think about maintenance, to a more proactive approach to both the planning and execution of maintenance, which ensures our continuous operation of production lines.

Your role will be to set a direction for the overall maintenance strategy for both the existing core processes and for new processes. Your tasks will be to further develop the maintenance culture in a complex process and with many stakeholders. In close collaboration with IT and Operation, you will analyse and assess what it will take to make us unsurpassed as a packaging site. You will drive breakdowns analyses, ensure we have the right systems in place, and generate a condition based and proactive approach.

You will be responsible for maintenance tasks, compliance, optimisation and other strategic actions concerning the packaging processes, and will add to the overall proactive atmosphere in our building. The projects will be in-house, but also across DFP, which means that you will be in contact with a variety of stakeholders and departments as part of your role.

We imagine that you have an technical education such an engineering, machine engineering or similar. You have experience with equipment maintenance in a GMP or other regulated production environment. Ideally, you have experience in maintenance strategies and have knowledge of or experience with product Life Cycle Management.

Together with your good coordination skills and can-do attitude, you ensure good executions of projects where everyone is on board. You handle multiple data sources with ease and use statistical tools in your analysis that allow you to find the patterns hiding in large volumes of data and the potential solutions that go with them.

As a person, you proactive and seek tasks to drive the processes. You form trustful relations with ease and enjoy employing your excellent communication skills to unfold complex issues to colleagues and partners.
