Digital Campaign Manager Ultrasound EMEA (m/f/d)

Job Description Summary
Based in any location in Europe and reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications Ultrasound EMEA, this key role will support to plan, coordinate and manage execution of automated Digital Marketing campaigns across EMEA. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing digital programs in Marketo (SFDC), supporting the different Segments and Regions in their digital Marketing activities.

The Digital Campaign Manager Ultrasound EMEA will interact frequently with a variety of Marketing and IT functions inside and outside Ultrasound at EMEA level, and will monitor and report results on a frequent basis to the campaigns’ key stakeholders. Furthermore, this person needs to continually evaluate processes and strategies to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and tools designed for both the market and sales force.

This is a key role, which will help optimizing funnel creation across the different Ultrasound customer segments in EMEA.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and execute digital Marketing campaigns to support business growth, working closely with Segment & Regions Marketing Managers
  • Coordinating digital Marketing Communications plan implementation via execution of strategies and partnering with outside vendors
  • Analyze and monitor key marketing metrics and develop/execute specific actions where needed to improve performance
  • Track progress of programs and report results to marketing
  • Continually evaluating processes and strategies to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of programs and tools
  • Driving adoption of new communications approaches and strategies – look to leverage new channels, techniques and identify unique, attention getting Marketing Communications strategies to help meet marketing objectives
  • Funnel Development and Creation: In close collaboration with Marketing drive and execute initiatives to create leads by using various forms of interactions and communication with our installed base as well as with non-GE customers. Continuously work on actions and processes to improve the amount and quality of leads
  • Turn strategies into action. Strong operational and executional capabilities, hands-on attitude, doer
  • Excellent time management, with the ability to manage multiple details and deadlines
  • Monitor trends in social media and other digital tools, applications, channels, design and strategy and become an advocate for the company

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business school or related field
  • First proven professional experience in digital marketing: campaign management, search, social, content development and analytics
  • Good understanding and practical experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo)
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English
  • Excellent time management with the ability to manage multiple details and deadlines
  • Experience working in a matrix environment with multi-cultural teams as advantage
