Are you seeking an exciting new adventure that will enable you to lead an established team of analysts and search consultants, and drive a global data strategy within our very own internal advertising agency?
Join an innovative Strategy & Analytics department to support the data-led transformation of this creative driven division of the LEGO Group.Heading up a team of specialists you will define the Search and Data roadmap for The LEGO Agency, aligning with partners around the organization, and embedding your effort within the LEGO Group’s broader data roadmap.

Our in-house agency is responsible for crafting and building coordinated comms experiences across all touchpoints: owned, earned, shared and paid, can help lead the creation of the most engaging and effective strategies for kids, adults and brands.

This is a truly unique opportunity to play a meaningful role in building a world-class creative and strategic team, contributing to the exciting way in which we deliver experiences for children everywhere. The successful candidate will be passionate and specialize in the growth and leadership of a critical area, and for a much loved brand!

The exciting journey ahead:
- Set-up a roadmap for utilising search and data as a key function within LEGO’s advertising agency.
- Build support for your roadmap from senior colleagues across the organization, securing its prioritization and funding.
- Manage a highly qualified team of data and search specialists.
- Provide support and development to the team in order to grow the skills and abilities required to successfully tackle new challenges.
- Support bringing new data projects to life and identify key opportunities.
- Support and encourage the wider agency and key internal stakeholders in the field of multichannel communications planning, combining owned, earned, paid and shared media.
- Drive a data led transformation and communicate on your team’s initiative, promoting the use of new tools where appropriate.

What will you already have in your toolbox?
- 8-12 years’ proven track record working in search and/or data roles; 2-4 years experience in leadership of data specialist teams; working in or for international groups.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in growing and developing a team as strategists.
- Technical knowledge: Big Data ecosystems, BI Tools, Statistical computing (R and/or Python), digital analytics, search tools (ranking, volumes etc.)
- Experience in supporting, and working closely with, senior colleagues.
- Experience in designing new processes, tools and ways of working to deliver coordinated communications.
- Business or statistics related degree.

Nice to have:

- Experience in Toy/ Consumer Goods brands preferred, but not critical
- Excellent presentation skills
- Big team and cross-org collaborations
- Previous experience working in diverse data ecosystems: SAP, Hadoop, Cloud etc.
