This is a 13 months maternity cover position.

Core Responsibilities
• Drive social media content production from brief to delivery
• Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, graphic designers & planners to create social media content that excites and inspires adult audiences
• Translate campaign concepts and products’ unique selling propositions into social media content
• Follow through on production, editorial and launch plans on a regular basis, with an agile approach
• Drive content production together with internal and external creatives
• Ensure clear communication with key colleagues as marketing managers and IP partners

Play your part in our team succeeding
Global Content Factory is part of LEGO Agency and is responsible to generate output that is essentially the final phase of campaign and product marketing execution. The main colleagues are fellow digital content managers, strategists, creatives & marketing/brand managers.

You are responsible to drive content production for The LEGO Group’s social media channels and working with the channel operations team. This is a global role so you will work with art directors, copywriters, planners and designers to create digital content that reaches shoppers and kids around the world!

Do you have what it takes?
• Degree in Media, Communications or Marketing combined with at least 5 years of experience in social media digital content production & planning
• Experience from working with an international brand ideally in the FMCG area or even better within an industry creating products and content for children
• Solid understanding of digital marketing tactics and social media channels
• Proven process understanding and experience from working in large organizations
• Phenomenal communication skills and enjoy working in collaborative environment with cross functional colleagues
• Project management experience would be an added advantage
