Core Responsibilities
• Get complex problems solved – often this involves facilitating collaboration and crafting enabling constraints across product teams and partners. You choose the appropriate framework for execution
• Create clear purpose for the work you lead – through insight for your peers and clear communication you build an understanding of what success looks like and how to bring value for users.
• Reduce cognitive load for others – by crafting, translating, simplifying and ordering everything from communication to plans and priorities you help teams and partners to stay focused and informed.
• Drive diversity of perspectives in decisions making – working across teams, you bring diverse views together to enrich decision making for better outcomes.
• Be the change, not the anchor – you help product teams crate value by ensuring things get started, get connected and get focused.

Play your part in our team succeeding
The position is located in our Consumer & Creator Technologies engineering department which consists of 20+ teams working on digital experiences for our consumers and the enabling technology behind it.

Together with our Product Management colleagues we are building experiences such as LEGO Life and lego.com/kids, as well as our LEGO Account system and a broad range of backend services that enable both us and our users to build and consume images, music, video and more across our different experiences.

Do you have what it takes?
• Technical experience or background, e.g., experience in technology consulting, education in computer science, software engineering or similar
• Prior experience with program management in a technical context e.g. through roles in program or product management
• A deep understanding of how lead work according to agile values - preferably acquired in a product led organization
• Proven bias to action and focus on desired outcomes in a dynamic environment
• Proven track record for positive and value adding interactions with a broad set of collaborators
• Ability to drive several objectives at once
