Core Responsibilities
• Prepare and facilitate future state workshop meetings with business and Digital Technology partners
• Assess Digital Technology capabilities and drive/participate in special projects to build IT operations management capabilities
• Produce management presentations (proposals for roadmap content, trade-offs and changes) and plan meetings
• Develop a data-driven approach to provide cross-organisational visibility of the progress towards delivering this and the continuous business value creation
• Anchor the roadmap “target-state” throughout the organisation
• Proactively seek materials and insights that can inspire your colleagues in the Enterprise Architecture team

As Architecture Transformation Lead, you will work in tandem with the head of Enterprise Architecture to proactively implement strategic technology principles across the LEGO Group. To ensure this, you will work to create a collaborative culture across functions, making the agenda clear to all parties concerned

Do you have what it takes?
• Hold a degree in business administration, economics, political science, engineering, computer science or similar
• Have 3-5 years of experience as technology strategy consultant/manager from an international (top tier) consultancy or private research institution
• Have experience with development and execution of technology strategies as well as roadmaps
• Understand IT and Digital operating models – preferably from agile environments/cultures
• Have practical experience with project management and change management
• Have strong collaborative skills
• Great written and spoken English skills
