Bring your flexible and positive personality into play by providing administrative support to our Head of Mould Factory in a well-organized and timely manner!

Core Responsibilities
In the role as Personal Assistant, you will report to and support the Head of Mould Factory (MF), and the team based in Billund and Mexico (Monterrey). Your tasks and responsibilities cover:

• Calendar and time management
• Preparation of agendas, pre-read material for MF Leadership Team (LT) meetings
• Dedicated support for Head of MF and the LT to ensure we meet deadlines and follow up on actions
• Driving MF communication strategy with support from Head of MF
• Handling of internal and external requests from various partners
• Booking of flights, hotels, and ground transportation
• Handling travel expenses and other business administration
• Owner of SharePoint in MF for all teams and for the SharePoint for MF-LT as well as for one for Head and PA of MF

The purpose of MF is to realize the innovation in our elements and moulds in order both to satisfy Marketing’s wish for always staying relevant for consumers, and Operations’ wish for ensuring that solutions fulfil our ambitions in LEGO Operating Model and directions inside Safety, Quality, Delivery, Costs and People.

You enjoy being the go-to person and with your positive attitude you are always willing to help your colleagues. You are pro-active and work independently and get things done with an ‘only the best is good enough’ approach. Moreover, you bring:

• A bachelor's degree within Linguistics, Economics or Business Administration
• Advanced English skills, both orally and in writing
• Experience from a comparable administrative role supporting leaders in a large and global organization
• A talent for multitasking, prioritizing and being organized in your day-to-day and long-term work
• Adeptness to an environment where priorities may change by the hour
• Excellent communication skills and mastery in establishing relationships, leaving a lasting impression on those you engage with
• Proficiency in MS Office suites, especially Outlook, OneNote, SharePoint, and PowerPoint and Teams.
