Core Responsibilities
• Design and document components and interaction patterns across web and mobile platforms
• Maintain robust and usable Figma components libraries, from foundational elements to more sophisticated components
• Collaborate closely with design system team members, designers and engineers, to ensure components are implemented optimally
• Support users of the design system through multiple forms of communication
• Actively engage and collaborate with the design community to ensure a consistent and cohesive experience across digital products
• Identify user research needs and conduct user research (in a broad sense and related to design systems)
• Promote Design Thinking and user-centric design

As a designer in the newly established UX design team in Infrastructure, the backbone of the LEGO Group’s Digital Technology organization, you will be responsible for designing usable, accessible and engaging (enterprise) user experiences to enable our colleagues to be more productive and efficient in their daily work life.

You will be mainly working to maintain and further develop our internal design system with a team of passionate and highly skilled designers and developers.

Do you have what it takes?
• Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Factors, User Interface Design, Graphic Design, or equivalent
• A passionate energy for great design and amplifying our team culture
• 3+ years as a Digital Product Designer (or equivalent experience)
• A versatile portfolio that highlights great interaction and problem-solving skills
• Experience contributing to and consuming component-based design systems is a big plus
• Understanding of designing for web, mobile, and other platforms
• Solid skills in creative design tools (Figma, Pen & Paper, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience creating design systems for enterprise-level experiences
