Head of Product
Based on input from tech and business, internally and externally, you will ensure our roadmap is aligned with our vision and is well communicated inside and outside of SupWiz. You will be working cross-functionally and reporting directly to the CEO.

We welcome both strong junior profiles as well as experienced applicants.

You will be doing, among other things:

  • Be in charge of execution and prioritization of SupWiz’ roadmap
  • You will be hands-on running the roadmap process including input, specification, prioritization, alignment, etc.
  • Be a 1-man army and go-to-person for all things product related
  • Ensure alignment of SupWiz’ roadmap with the overall company strategy
  • Understand and advocate customers' and end-users’ needs
  • Maintain and present a good overview of SupWiz products and product roadmap including 1-pagers, product presentations, and other material
  • Facilitate, structure, and liaise input from all relevant channels to the roadmap
  • Oversee and ensure that all roadmap items are specified and aligned with company identity
  • Ensuring the company has cross-product alignment
  • Participating in customer and prospect meetings to help map how SupWiz’ products can solve customers’ needs and gather input for roadmap
  • Increase the quality of communication between tech, sales, customers, etc.


  • Hands-on, hands-on, hands-on. SupWiz is a fast-moving scale-up, and you will need to be hands-on
  • Can structure the unstructured
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Experience with and understanding of how software product teams work
  • Good understanding of tech, human, and business language
  • Truly enthusiastic about combining tech and humans to create fantastic solutions
  • Able to motivate and make people enthusiastic about a common goal
  • Able to prioritize and navigate the potentially differing opinions of many people
  • Ensure high precision and clear communication
  • Strong empathy with customers
  • Proficient English language skills, as this is the primary language used in the office

You might also have:

  • Experience with SaaS solutions and ITSM, customer support, and service
  • Experience from the IT industry is preferable, including customer service and support
  • International experience
  • Relevant Education in e.g., communication and IT

We are primarily located in Copenhagen and Aarhus. You will be working in the Copenhagen office. We do offer the opportunity for working partial remote. We have an international team, so feel free to apply with any background. Unfortunately, we do not support visas and relocation.
